minute was an in-person and online exhibition that focuses on the artist’s everyday life showcasing their minutes as objects of representation, identification, and discovery. A minute is described as 1/60 of an hour, which may or may not be a short amount of time. Sometimes a minute can feel like it never ends, and sometimes it goes by too fast. A minute can be the most crucial moment in someone’s life, but it can also be a burden or a nuisance to someone else. Individual artists and art students are invited to think about the minutes in their everyday lives and express them in their respective visual art forms.

The Gallery at 22 North provides exhibition space, exposure, and collaboration to emerging and under-recognized visual artists in the I75-US23 corridor from Central Kentucky to Northern Michigan. Music at 22 North includes emerging to established performers in an intimate house concert setting.
In addition to our own projects, we seek collaborations with community organizations.
